PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique)
All dancers, no matter the genre, need strength and PBT is the key.
We offer PBT during the week and in our Level Up programme to help our dancers build the core strength they need to be safe and help them achieve their goals.
PBT works with a variety of equipment from stretch bands, blocks and Swiss balls.
